Who is Tiago Santana?
Tiago Santana is a Brazilian-American founder and operator based in Las Vegas. He is the founder of Gray Group International, a portfolio spanning home services (The Cooling Company), AI software (gardenpatch and Elysium), media (graygroupintl.com), advertising (Catalyst Brands and Crowd & Courage), and SDG commerce (ImpactMart). He is also a speaker on AI agent armies, the multi-company operator playbook, faith-driven entrepreneurship, and the inner work of building at scale.

Crowd & Courage is a belief marketplace launching in 2026 under the Catalyst Brands agency umbrella. It lets people stake their reputation on what they actually believe and run contracts against those beliefs. The platform is one of the projects Tiago is most active on in 2026.

What is Elysium?
Elysium is the cognitive AI agent platform Tiago is building. It has 12 subsystems and a daemon named Meera, and is designed to be the cognitive infrastructure that autonomous organizations run on. It sits at the center of the Freedom Network along with SustainOS, Humanity Pass, Freedom Unit currency, and the underlying DAO.

What is the Going Home work?
Going Home is the through-line of all of Tiago’s work. The Santana Principle states "sufficient awareness guarantees return".. the idea that any system with enough self-observation will find its way back to the truth at its center. He is exploring it through a years-long investigation of the Collatz Conjecture (a 90-year-old open math problem), through the writing, and through the way he builds companies.
