For podcast hosts
I will go three hours with the right interviewer.
Long-form is my favorite format. In-person preferred. If your show goes deep, runs without sponsor breaks every fifteen minutes, and has a host who actually wants to think out loud.. we should record.
Six angles to start from
Pick the conversation you actually want.
These are the threads I am thinking out loud about. If one of them maps to your audience, lead with it in your pitch.. I will know we are starting in the right place.
- Angle 01
AI agent armies & autonomous organizations
What it looks like to run dozens of companies as one operator by treating agents as employees, not features. The mistakes founders are making right now that will cost them three years.
- Angle 02
The multi-company operator playbook
What a multi-company portfolio actually looks like at the calendar level. The five hires a founder stops making the day agents come online. How to design a company where strategy gets cheaper than execution.
- Angle 03
Brazilian-American identity & ambition without permission
Two countries in one body. Why ambition without comfort is structurally different from ambition with it. What it costs to be the version of yourself that does not ask first.
- Angle 04
The Collatz Conjecture & the Santana Principle
A working operator inside the simplest unsolved problem in mathematics. Not on the doorstep of a proof, but in the deep middle of one, learning what the problem teaches. The philosophical claim hiding in the math: sufficient awareness guarantees return. Half math, half meaning.
- Angle 05
Consciousness, identity, and the founder interior life
The 25,000-word essay I wrote at 2 AM, three million in debt. Truth over comfort as an operating principle. The cost of standing alone long enough to build something true.
- Angle 06
Faith, family, and the room I am building toward
Becoming the man worthy of a great marriage and a big family. Building from belief. Why the operator work funds the teacher work. The retreats and the books that are coming next.
What I prefer
- In-person recording where possible
- 60 to 180 minutes, single take
- A host who has read at least one of my essays
- Video + audio
- A clear publish date and reasonable promo plan
- A topic to land on, not just "tell us your story"
What I do not do
- Anything purely promotional
- Pre-scripted question lists
- Pay-to-play podcast networks
- Shows that wash my position on truth-over-comfort
- Episodes that are really just an ad with a microphone
The kind of pitch I say yes to
One paragraph telling me what show this is, one paragraph telling me which angle from above you want to go deep on, and one line telling me why your audience is the right audience for that angle.
That is it. Three paragraphs. If you tell me what episode of yours I should listen to first to know what we are getting into, I will listen to it before I reply.
Email tiago@graygroupintl.com. I read every one personally and reply within 48 hours.
