Tiago Santana is a Brazilian-American founder, operator, and speaker based in Las Vegas. He has been building businesses since he was seven.. Today he runs Gray Group International. Under the GGI umbrella: a media network that publishes across six verticals; the gardenpatch software studio of 23 AI-agent-native apps; the Catalyst Brands agency studio (home of Crowd & Courage, a belief marketplace launching in 2026); The Freedom Network for cognitive infrastructure (including the Elysium AI platform, SustainOS, Humanity Pass, and Freedom Unit); and the operating businesses, including The Cooling Company in Las Vegas, the work that taught him what scale actually costs.

He speaks publicly on AI agent armies and autonomous organizations, the multi-company operator playbook, faith-driven entrepreneurship, and the inner work most founders refuse to talk about.. fear, shame, identity, and the cost of standing alone long enough to build something true.
