Speaking · Leadership Summit
Two to three days. Twelve to thirty people. The work that does not fit in a keynote.
The format I am building my speaking life around. A small group, a real venue, and enough time to actually move the things a keynote can only point at. Friction, identity, the cost of standing alone, and the practices that compound. This is the room I needed in my twenties and could not find.
Who it is for
Founders, executives, and leaders who are past the part where a keynote moves them. People who are running real rooms and need a real room to do the next layer of the work in.
Twelve to thirty people. Cohort selected with care. The room is part of the curriculum.
The arc
Three days, four movements.
- Movement I
Name the friction
Day one morning. Every person in the room writes down the one piece of friction they have been working around. We name it out loud. The room becomes the witness.
- Movement II
Find the identity underneath
Day one afternoon and day two. The borrowed-identity work. The costume diagnostic. What each person was assigned and what they will and will not keep.
- Movement III
Build the leverage
Day two afternoon. Practical. What you do Monday. The systems that compound. The relationships you protect. The decisions you stop postponing.
- Movement IV
Walk back into the world
Day three. Every person leaves with three commitments, one peer relationship, and a way to call the room back when they need it. The room does not end when the room ends.
Two ways to host it
Private to your company, or open to your network.
Private summit
You bring the room. Executive team, founder cohort, leadership program. The full arc, calibrated to the people you are gathering. NDA-friendly. I co-design the agenda with you.
Hosted summit
You host the venue and the network. I bring the curriculum, co-curate the cohort, and lead the room. Best for conference extensions, alumni networks, mastermind organizers, and communities ready to deepen.
The thesis
The room I am building is for the people who are tired of pretending. For the people who have done the externally legible work and are ready to do the work nobody else is going to make them do.
