Short, honest, written by me.

This is my personal site. I run it because I want to be reachable.. for speaking, writing, and conversations that matter. Here is everything I do with what comes through it.

What I collect

When you submit the speaking-inquiry form, I collect what you type into it: your name, email, the event, the date, audience size, budget range, and your message. I receive that as an email so I can reply to you.

When the newsletter at me@tiagosantana.comgoes live, I'll collect the email address you give me and only that. Double opt-in, unsubscribe in every message.

I do not buy mailing lists, do not enrich data with third-party services, and do not track you across the web.

What runs on the site

• Vercel hosts the site and gives me anonymous traffic metrics (page views, country, device). No cookies, no personal identifiers.
• Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast the site feels in your browser. It uses anonymous performance metrics, no personal data.
• Mailgun delivers the inquiry-form email to me. Your message passes through their servers in transit. They retain it briefly for delivery logs.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Google may receive your IP and user agent. (If this matters to you, your browser can block it.)

Who sees your data

For inquiries: only me. For newsletter sign-ups (when live): only me and the newsletter provider. I do not sell or share your data. I do not need to.

Your rights

You can ask me to delete anything you have sent me. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. EU and California residents have rights under GDPR and CCPA; email me and I will honor them.
