Speaking · One-Day Intensive

A day. A room. The actual work.

A keynote moves a room for an hour. A day moves the room for a year. Three formats for the day, depending on whose room it is and what you need it to do.

Three formats for the day

Same day. Three different rooms. Pick the one that matches yours.

  1. Format 01

    Executive Team

    C-suite and senior leadership

For the room that has already heard the keynotes. Closed-door, NDA-friendly. We dig into the actual decisions your team is making and the truth they have been working around.

    The room walks out with

Leaves with a list of decisions surfaced, a framework for the next quarter, and a shared language for the work you are actually doing together.

  2. Format 02

    Founder Room

    A handful of founders, hand-picked

Eight to fifteen founders in a private space. Half talks, half do-the-work. Friction, identity, the cost of standing alone, and the practices that compound. The room my younger self needed and could not find.

    The room walks out with

Each founder leaves with one identity move they were avoiding, one company decision they were postponing, and a peer set they can call after.

  3. Format 03

    Open Enrollment

A public day, twenty to fifty people

A public day for people who want to spend a Saturday actually doing the work. Multiply Yourself in long form, plus the Best Expression workshop, plus structured time to write down what they are walking back into Monday with.

    The room walks out with

A day that ends with everyone having articulated the next move and made one promise to the room. The room becomes part of the accountability.

What the day looks like

Half talks, half do-the-work. No filler.

  1. Morning

A signature talk, calibrated for the room. Q&A in the room, not at the lectern.

  2. Midday

Structured exercise. Pen-and-paper. Pairs and table groups. Not a slide deck.

  3. Afternoon

A second talk on the harder half of the same theme. Discussion in the room.

  4. Closing

Every person writes down one move they are making this week. We say them out loud. The room becomes the accountability.
