What I am changing this month.
Crowd & Courage as a horizontal belief-staking protocol
Stepping out of the home-services angle. The deeper bet is that belief itself is the asset class.. that the right contract makes a public position economically real. The work this month is the protocol design, not a single vertical launch.
gardenpatch sequencing.. which apps reshape which channels
The 23-app suite only matters if each app picks the right channel and rewrites what that channel looks like. Picking the three that will move first, and the partnerships that make them inevitable.
The AI-Overviews repositioning of the search economy
AEO is not a SEO tactic. It is a repricing of every category that depended on Google sending traffic. Working through what that means for a portfolio that operates across six verticals.. before the repricing finishes.
Elysium.. cognition as the bottleneck nobody is naming
The bet underneath everything else: most companies do not have an execution problem; they have a cognition problem. Building the layer that names it and removes it.
